Underage drivers - Total Tossers.. and no not just "some of them are ok, it's just most of them aren't" who ever drives underage deserves to be caught and not be given a licence until their 30. It's people like this who give us high insurance prices and crash into innocence people and then panic f**k off and never be seen again. If you can't wait untill your 17 - learn to drive - pass your theory - pass your practical - and then drive sensibley to gain experience. Then you shouldn't be aloud to drive at all.

so because my partners giving me a few lessons in an empty carpark does that make me a "chav" aswell?? im 17 tho lol cant wait till next week im doing my lessons :D,and as for the underage drivers there scum tbfh someone i used to know got run over by some prick at a cruise by an underage driver its not cool it stupid and pathetic...no wonder we are not allowed meets anymore its silly twats driving like dickheads that  get it banned

When I was at school, it was on a large campuss and at the age of 16 there were a selected few that were able to take lessons from proffessional driving schools, but only within the school grounds and after school hours.  This is one of a few early ways of being able to drive before the age of 17.

I was one of those lucky few, and one week after my 17th birthday I took my test, passed first time, and haven't looked back since.

Underage drivers are a menace, and their youth and fearlessness makes them think they're invincible - life prooves otherwise.

The only way the kids of today are going to learn this fact is by getting there the hard way and badly injuring themselve - and hopefully no innocent bystanders!

I totally agree with you,  i blame the parents my self, as they shouldn't let them, i wasnt even alowed to drive the tractor till i was 16 for christ sake!!!!!!!! and thats still on private land were i can only damage trees and sheep !!!!!!!! and if i ever see some 14 yo chav driving i will get the range rover and tow the twat to the cops !!! its what they deserve !!!!!!!!!!!!1

underage drivers deserve to be stung up by their genitals (if theyve grown in) and left out to rot...

 Not only are they uninsured... they have no driving expereince and no perceprion of the skills needed to negoiate todays roads..

fair do's to those who go driving with their parents or partners.. they're learning... but those who are 14/15 and driving in their mates cars... if i seen them.. they'd be dragged out and kicked fuck out of...

 

im underage but a dont drive a car round the streets whats the fuckin point theres ppl in my year hu brag about been banned from drivin until there 21 and am like is that a good thing fucking wankers
