Well....

We have a Mongoose full stainless exhaust system with a 5" tailpipe, Mongoose De-Cat pipe and Camskill Stainless Downpipes but we want something louder...

any ideas ?

I`d suggest Cherry Bombs,but if Mr Plod thinks ya making too much noise you"ll have wasted ya Giro

try getting a new manifold. adds bhp(varies from car to car) and adds noise. Get a Janspeed one from demon tweeks quite cheap aswell
