No,as a kid we lived near an arable farm n the farmer let me drive on the tracks/roadways round the fields.So,since I started driving at 13 a long long time ago I had a head start at practising car control on hard,gravel,loose & mixed surfaces as fast as I could go without shitting meself

Back in those days drifting was called skidding round corners  hanging the arse out.

So,the 2 lessons were taken to be taught how to pass a test......

21 on... I've no idea how many lessons... 10ish I think.

First car was a Mk1 Fiesta. kept it for about a week then moved on to a modified Series 3 Landy... gret fun for a new driver to bump about in!

Probably an Aston as an "every day" car... probably the V8 Roadster (easier to throw around than the DB9 and more fun to drive)
