Well i'm 16 and have a car, but i never drive it on public roads. It is stupid. I just get my dad to take me out in it and he goes fast enough for me. i only have a car to do up for when i'm old enough to drive. my mate used to own a fiesta nd he wanted to take me out in it on the roads so i just jumepd out the window (he thought he;d try and be a dick by shutting the central locking which with manually openable windows is an amazing trick to shut someone in) and called him a dick. He then got nicked and has lost his licence, and his car, which was actually quite a nice one. it was only a fiesta but it was an xr2i in pretty nice condition. i'm just glad i wasn't there or it would have been me too.

Private land though, i drive on. Its ok because you can't get arrested for it (unless the site owner asks the cops to) and its usually pretty safe, assuming no one else is around and no obvious dangers.

Underage drivers (on public roads/in public areas with people at the time) suck. End of.

And drink drivers. Your cunts tbh, you put everyone else lives at risk fro a few pints. Your hard.
