To be honest I think it has to do with the parents partly, and what is being provided for these kids around their home towns. Kids turn to drugs and bad things, like joy riding - thinking it's clever, because they don't know the difference between right and wrong. I think the government should have a clamp down on this!

ok i admit im 17 and only have a provisional licence. However i only drive with someone who is also insured next to me meaning both myself and the full qulified driver are both insured incase of emergancys.

 

Other than that the only time i drive is on private roads. I do alot of work to my car on a public road but that is because i dont have a choice in the matter its that or my mums garage which happens to be full of old rubbish so theirs no room.

Tossers that are older enough to know to get insurance and dont piss me off, they drive all over then crash in to one of us who already pay over 2k on insurance just for us to pay more money for the damage....and underage drives should find something better to do than sitting at the back of woolworths drinking white lightning at 3am in the morning in shitty novas thinking there hard.
