Re: Renault Clio, 1.4 Champs Elysees

i quite like the look of a lot of thin spokes. What do you think?

ps, thanks for all the help so far, it's nice to find someone genuinely interested in helping.

OY LAZ ya cheeky git. saying i'm following the crowd coz i got wolfrace wheels ha ha

as for rosethorn i quite like fox r4 rims but not sure what you're after. i'd go for the whole clear repeaters and stuff like that clear bulbs, lower 40mm cat back exhaust and induction kit should start you off.

POTN are great i use them whenever i can and they're genuinely cheap.

good luck with the car mate

lol, not a cheap hobby this is it!

Is it best to start with the wheels or having it lowered?

Re: Renault Clio, 1.4 Champs Elysees

oy laz you're meant to answer me lol. my mum's got a clio but i'm trying to help her mod it but she won't lmfao.

i like the mk2 clio's they look nice. is the 1.4 quite nippy?

i think you should go performance then looks so when you just fly off at the lights they're like what the hell lol.

then wheels then other bits is my opinion. i got a 2.0 prim so went for the alloys 1st coz it's got the grunt to back it up so it's not too bad but induction kit is on the way :)

Re: Renault Clio, 1.4 Champs Elysees

It's nippier than it looks, i got 110mph out of it a little while ago.

ok, so i'll start with the new wheels, then add in an induction kit and replacement element.

    Anyone recommend a cost-effective induction kit? =[

Re: Renault Clio, 1.4 Champs Elysees

what do you mean induction kit AND a replacement element, its either one or the other lol

elements replace the original filter with one that looks the same, but is a tad better

induction kit replaces the airbox and original filter with a cone filter
