my Clio and how im thinkin of changing it

Hi this is my clio as it stand's now

ANd this is roughly how i want it i think

what do you people's think. the car will be getting a full respray and one or two smaller think's done to it while it's getting sprayed including something special with the number plate

im keeping it the same colour to keep the cost down and i like the colour as it is and cant think of a differnet colour to suit the car

the main thing i am not sure about is the sidestill's so bit of help would be handy. i'm doing all the bodge work myself so hoping to get it finished bout two weeks before donny

Try other things, but if you still want that color. Just add up some parts that can make your car looks more interesting than boring. Try to put some tail light covers to add as an accessory and protection for your lights in the end.

Yeah i know what you mean dude, think you need something a bit bigger, chunkier even that will finish your motor off!

then you can just play about with the kit!

what are you rolling on atm?

Definitely with Ross on that one, personally I like Speedline Turinis but thats just me lol, and i think you should definitely mess around with the body kit a bit.

Hope you have fun with it though!

Well mate i like it. If you are paying for the re-spray you may as well paint it to what you want and make it unique.

Id say youv got the balance just right so no more accessories, lol. Its a nice wee clio, youv got it looking smart>>well done :)

Re: my Clio and how im thinkin of changing it

Ross is right about the wheels... you knew that anyway!? Im thinking something like the wheels that come on Audi's/golf's?? About 7/8spokes 2"wide and flat all the way from the rims to the centre?? I hope you know what i mean... i'd attach a pic if i knew how to? Oh yeah and change the mirrors, to those small rounded slim fit one's? Those wheels and mirrors would compliment the overall shape of the car.... in my humble opinion of course!!!!

Im sure whatever you go for will look the part!!!

Re: my Clio and how im thinkin of changing it

The mirrors are probably the oldest mod on the car now and are in need of a change. i think its just senterment etc why i haven't changed them sooner. i also toyed with ther notion of welbing a steel plate in the mirror resses and shortening the storks on the current mirrors so they are flat to the car the major problem i have is the switchs for the door pops are inbetween the two stork so any new mirrors i would need to consider that

THe wheels are doiong my nut in want some new ones but cant decide on the size and style at all, . i fancy some widewheels made 8's but at same time fancie some 17's with a nice dish one, anyoen wanting to post up some wheels will be a big help,
