I have tried price comparison sites for car insurance quotes and yes they do work well but for the past 2 years, the best car insurance quote I have received has been from the Post Office® - I would recommend getting a quote from the Post Office®

Unfortunately i think you are a bit stuck there. Personally i would use a insurance comparison site like confused.com so that i could find the cheapest car insurance quote.  Once you have done this its basically a case of going through them on the phone declaring the mods.
